Engineering Excellence in Lubrication, Filtration and Cooling
Denco Fluid Systems are leaders in the design and manufacture of systems including bespoke oil recirculation, heavy-duty grease, conveyor and chain lubrication, and cooling water.
We provide high levels of professionalism, design competence, workmanship and specification-compliant products. This is backed up by experienced installation and commissioning services.
We’re a one-stop-shop for lubrication and cooling, priding ourselves on the full offering from design to drawing, contracting, manufacturing and aftercare spares sales for products.
Company History
Denco Fluid Systems proudly celebrates over 80 years of innovation, with roots in Hereford dating back to 1944.
From pioneering worldwide lubrication tools in our early decades, to developing close-control air conditioning equipment and compressed air-drying systems, we’ve continually pushed the boundaries of engineering excellence.
In 2000, following a management takeover, the Denco Lubrication Division was sold to Bijur Delimon (part of the family-owned IMCI Group). At this point, we rebranded to Denco Fluid Systems to reflect our wider expertise in lubrication, filtration, and cooling solutions.
Today, our systems support major rotating machinery applications worldwide, as well as fluid spraying systems for cooling. Our history is not only one of technical advancement, but also of long-standing client partnerships and a commitment to engineered reliability.
Expansion
In late 2024, Denco Fluid Systems expanded into larger premises, merging our original facility with the adjacent unit. This move has tripled our operational footprint and transformed our manufacturing capabilities.
Upgrades include energy-efficient lighting and climate control, segregation of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, new dedicated areas for assembly and testing, and the installation of a CNC profiler.
We’ve also improved our stores, welfare facilities, and office environment, while externally adding secure access, better parking, and dedicated storage for gases and chemicals.
This investment strengthens our capacity and ensures we continue delivering high-quality engineered systems efficiently and sustainably.
Getting out There
Denco recently attended the FPSO World Congress in Singapore. This gathering of key industry stakeholders set out to explore best practices in strengthening the future of FPSOs by navigating market and supply chain uncertainties to drive FPSO projects on-time and on-budget. We plan to exhibit more extensively in the coming years, bouncing back from the challenges brought about by Covid and its aftermath.
We uphold a family ethos that suppliers are an integral part of the efficient running of our business.
Into The Future
Denco is embracing its sustainable potential. We have converted our facilities to LED lighting and maintain a policy of energy reduction where possible, with efficient heating and cooling systems. This principle is also passed on to client designs, with the most efficient solution for an application always highlighted, as well as the associated benefits in any sales activity.
