Denco Fluid Systems Welcomes CCSL into the Business as Denco Control Systems
On 16 July 2025, we were pleased to officially welcome Control Consulting Services Ltd (CCSL) into the Denco Fluid Systems team.
After working closely together for over a decade, this acquisition represents a natural progression of a successful partnership. The team at CCSL brings with them decades of experience in delivering intelligent control systems and custom automation solutions across multiple sectors. Their capabilities are a strong complement to our wider offering of engineered systems in lubrication, cooling, and filtration.
As part of the acquisition, CCSL will now operate as Denco Control Systems. All existing capabilities, services, and customer relationships will remain in place, now backed by the additional technical, manufacturing, and operational support of Denco Fluid Systems.
Strengthening Our Capabilities
By integrating CCSL into our business, we are enhancing our ability to design and deliver:
- Stand-alone control system design and installation
- Integrated, smart automation for engineered fluid systems
- Custom PLC control and SCADA for process-critical environments
The in-house electrical and control expertise within Denco is already well established. This development allows us to grow our dedicated controls offering and bring greater depth, innovation, and responsiveness to our projects.
It also means we can continue to service and support previously installed CCSL systems, providing continuity and reassurance for all customers.
