Progressive Lubrication Systems
This system delivers a set amount of lubricant progressively to each lubrication point in sequence. It constantly monitors its operation, signalling any faults either visually or electronically. This system can be used across various industries, including food processing, wastewater management, automotive, mining, manufacturing, and heavy machinery.
Dual Line Lubrication Systems
Designed for large, complex machinery, this system delivers adjustable amounts of lubricant over long distances and can cover a large number of lubrication points. If one point is blocked, the system can still deliver lubricant to all other points. The dual-line system is capable of handling high-viscosity greases, making it suitable for extreme conditions such as steel mills, paper mills, tunnelling equipment, cement plants, and oversized machinery.
Multi-Line Lubrication Systems
This system delivers lubricant directly from a central pump to individual lubrication points without requiring additional valves, which reduces backpressure in the system. Each lubrication point can be adjusted from zero upwards, making it ideal for varying lubricant needs. This system is applicable in food processing, steel production, cement plants, and general manufacturing facilities.
Single Line Resistance Lubrication Systems
These systems can be either automatic or manual and are relatively simple and very economic to install and operate. They are ideally suited to the application of oils where the equipment being lubricated is in closely configured groups. They are typically used for simple machine tools, Printing Presses, Construction and Forestry machines, Food Processing equipment, wind Turbines and Paper Mills.
Positive Displacement Injector Systems
These systems are for low or medium pressure oil or grease lubrication systems. They are precise in their lubrication delivery, and some models offer adjustable quantities of lubricant to different friction points. They are typically used on similar applications to the Single Line Resistance Systems but offer more precise performance for demanding applications.
Air Oil Spray Lubrication Systems
These spray systems deliver high-efficiency lubrication and cooling for high-speed spindles and other surfaces requiring accurate oil delivery. This method eliminates dangerous mist during operation. The equipment utilises a special injector that gives precise doses of lubricant without waste at the exact location of critical bearing points.
