Facilities Overview

Headquartered in Hereford, UK, Denco Fluid Systems operates from a primary facility located at the Rotherwas Industrial Estate, comprising 2,000 square metres of modern manufacturing space. Nearby, we maintain an additional 1,000+ square metres for supplementary operations and secured storage. Additional capacity is available to accommodate specific customer storage requirements.

We also operate a secondary manufacturing facility in Port Talbot, South Wales, offering a further 500 square metres of production space.

Capabilities

Our facilities are fully equipped with a comprehensive range of fabrication tools and staffed by coded welders, certified to work with both ferrous and non-ferrous metals up to 40mm thick.

We specialise in the fabrication of:

  • Thin-wall stainless steel tubing.
  •  Copper-nickel pipework
  • Pipework systems ranging from 6mm copper tubing up to 30″ Schedule 80 piping

We manufacture complete fluid conditioning systems, including:

  • Assembly of components such as pumps, heat exchangers, filters, and valves
  • Custom-built tanks, with optional insulation and bunds
  • Structural supports and access platforms
  • Integrated instrumentation
  • Fully wired and piped assemblies, ready for site integration
  • Pickling and passivation services

Equipment

Our facilities house a wide range of specialist equipment, including:

  • MAG, MIG, and TIG welders
  • CNC plasma cutting machine
  • Automatic saw tables
  • Large-capacity GF pipe cutters
  • Pipework manipulators
  • Fume extraction systems

Testing & QA

Our in-house non-destructive testing (NDT) and quality verification capabilities include:

  • Dye penetrant testing
  • Hydrostatic pressure testing
  • Full functional testing
  • Cleanliness verification
  • Electrical safety testing
  • Portable CMM for up to 2m diameter. (Larger available via local subcontractor)

All test equipment is regularly calibrated and traceable to national standards.

We also collaborate with third-party inspection authorities for product certification and can facilitate on-site or virtual witness testing as required.

Health & Safety

All operations are performed under rigorously documented safety procedures. Key points:

  • All lifting equipment is certified and regularly inspected
  • All operators are trained and qualified
  • COSHH procedures are in place and maintained
  • Certified First Aiders and Fire Wardens are present at all sites

Packing

We provide equipment packaging tailored to export requirements, with full supporting documentation where required.

Work Areas

We maintain clearly defined areas for:

  • Grease system assembly
  • Electrical control panel fabrication
  • Secure inventory and parts storage
  • Manufacture of the renowned Denco Constant Level Oiler

Additional Capabilities & Subcontractor Support

Located in a well-established UK manufacturing hub, we benefit from rapid access to trusted subcontractors for:

  • Surface finishing (e.g., painting, galvanising)
  • Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic, Visual and Radiographic Non-Destructive Testing.
  • EMC/EMI compliance testing

Our in-house lifting capacity supports loads up to 6 tonnes. With access to additional heavy-lifting capabilities through local partners we regularly work with skids up to 20 tonnes
