Automatic Strainers

Automatic Strainer Systems

Automatic industrial strainers are manufactured to ISO-9001 and meet all codes: ASME, CE/PED, Lloyds Register, Navy Mil Specs, and others for industrial and marine environments.

We manufacture automatic strainer systems in sizes ranging from 1.5 to 20 inches in 5 available body styles to match application-specific requirements. We offer all type AH, TSH, DH, QH, and HH models in iron, steel, stainless, super duplex stainless steel, and bronze.

The Benefits

Safety for Employee Personnel

Automatic cleanable strainers reduce manual intervention, minimising exposure to potentially hazardous materials.

High Quality Construction

Built with robust materials, ensuring they can withstand demanding industrial environments.

Meet / Exceed Major CD / PED & International Standards

Compliant with industry regulations such as the CD and PED, as well as global standards, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Remove Solids Without Stopping the Flow

Allows for the continuous filtration of solids without interrupting the flow of liquids.

Material of Construction for a Variety of Applications

Available in different materials such as iron, steel, stainless, super duplex stainless steel and bronze.

Manual or Automatic Operation

Offering flexibility, they can be operated either manually or automatically, depending on the needs of the specific application.

Low Operating Costs

Efficient operation minimises energy consumption, leading to reduced ongoing expenses over time.

Low Maintenance Costs

With self-cleaning features and durable components, the need for regular maintenance is significantly reduced, saving on both time and cost.

Low Installation Costs

Designed for ease of installation, these strainers often require minimal modifications to existing systems, keeping installation costs low.

Low Capital Investment

Compared to more complex filtration systems, automatic cleanable strainers typically require a lower initial investment, making them a cost-effective solution for businesses.
