Denco Fluid Systems’ 70-year experience of fluid handling has enabled us to quickly adapt to offering bespoke cooling systems for the hydrogen electrolyser process.
Our solutions incorporate all the necessary components into a compact efficient design for effective cooling of the electrolyser.
Tailored System Design
The configuration typically comprises duty and standby pump sets, heat extraction (Via Dry or Adiabatic coolers), filtration to maintain system cleanliness, valves, pipework and associated instrumentation for a self-contained unit.
The systems usually include a control panel to enable fully automatic operation and monitoring.
The systems are fully assembled, wired and tested before despatch making on site installation quick and efficient.
Flexible Integration Options
Optional extras include Methanol or KOH (Potassium Hydroxide) dosing for the process fluid.
The bespoke design ensures the systems meets any local space constraints or environmental considerations.
Systems can be configured to tie in with containerised electrolyser stacks, including being mounted directly atop the container to minimise space required.
