Inside Our Factory Expansion: A New Chapter for Denco Fluid Systems
At the end of 2024, Denco Fluid Systems completed a major expansion project — merging our original facility with the neighbouring unit to create a much larger, integrated manufacturing space.
The result? We’ve more than tripled our footprint, giving us the room to modernise, streamline, and future-proof our operations.
Purpose-Built for Modern Manufacturing
The new space has been fully refurbished to meet the needs of a busy, forward-thinking fabrication and assembly environment. Upgrades include:
- Low-energy lighting and energy-efficient heating and cooling to reduce our environmental impact
- Clear segregation of ferrous and non-ferrous materials to support quality control
- Dedicated workspaces for electrical assembly, DCLO manufacture, and grease pump build and testing
- Improved air quality systems to enhance the working environment
- A new CNC profiler to increase our in-house precision capabilities
We’ve also reorganised our stores into a fully segregated space, added a contract kitting area, and upgraded our welfare facilities and office spaces.
More Space, Better Flow
Externally, the improvements are just as noticeable. The site now features:
- Secure, controlled access.
- Dedicated storage areas for industrial gases and chemicals.
- Improved parking facilities.
- Outdoor picnic benches — just in time for a rare British summer heatwave!
