EasyClean Manual
The EasyClean Manual is a straightforward and effective filtration solution. Using the stainless steel Zero Gravity filter coil, it replaces disposable cartridge filters, reducing waste and ongoing costs. The filter can be cleaned easily by hand and is available in durable all-plastic or brass-fitted housings. For flexibility, a 10” housing option is also available.
EasyClean Valve
Building on the EasyClean Manual, the EasyClean Valve incorporates a simple three-way valve and an expansion tank, transforming it into an efficient backwashing filter. Available in both Simplex and Duplex options, the Duplex version doubles the filter area while maintaining forward flow during backwash.
EasyClean Automatic
For fully automated operation, the EasyClean Automatic adds an actuator to the EasyClean Valve. Designed for hands-free backwashing, it features a built-in timer and a differential pressure switch to ensure cleaning occurs only when necessary. These systems can be combined to handle larger flow requirements and are available in copper, brass, stainless steel, or plastic materials, making them suitable for a wide range of applications, including seawater filtration. Standard units operate up to 8 bar and 50°C, with higher specifications available upon request.
The Phoenix Filter
The Phoenix Filter is a robust, stainless steel system designed for high-performance backwashing. It houses six filter elements and features an internal diverting valve for efficient flow reversal during backwash.
The Type C model integrates a backwash button and indicator lights within a PLC-controlled system, while the Type S model uses an external actuator with controls housed in a water-tight IP55 enclosure. Designed for flexibility, the Phoenix can achieve flows up to 18 l/s (65 m³/hr) with a compact 3/4” backwash line, and it can be customised with ANSI or PN16 flanges to suit specific requirements.
Standard operating conditions are up to 10 bar and 95°C.
The S2000 Modular Filter
The S2000 is a modular filtration system constructed from stainless steel, with each individual pod containing seven filter elements. Designed for optimal performance, it incorporates spin flow to settle heavier particles and velocity reduction to slow the flow, allowing contaminants to drop out before reaching the filters.
Only one pod backwashes at a time, meaning no full system shutdown is required. Durable and low-maintenance, the S2000 is ideal for industries with demanding load requirements and varying pressures and temperatures.
Bag Filter Housings
TC Filters’ Bag Filter Housings provide versatile filtration options for both bag and large cartridge filters. With 3” inlet/outlet fittings and an easy-access toggle clamp design, they are ideal for applications requiring simple yet efficient filtration. The housings can also accommodate up to four Zero Gravity filters if needed, offering enhanced versatility for customised solutions.
Filter Cartridges, Bags, and Housings
In addition to their advanced backwashing systems, TC Filters also offers a comprehensive range of filter cartridges and bags. These include disposable cartridges for effective particulate removal, specialist cartridges for taste and odour treatment, and options with softener resins for hard water areas. These solutions are ideal for backup filtration or as additional treatment stages alongside automatic systems.
