Bespoke Filtration Skids
Denco Fluid Systems manufacture bespoke filtration skids with varying capacities and filtration levels for the conditioning of process and cooling fluids.
Each skid is tailored to meet the requirements of the specific application. This can be a completely new design or enhancements of existing systems. We can also assist with the development and manufacture of systems already defined by others.
We take great pride in getting to know the application in detail to make workable solutions that are reliable and affordable. Our designs include full drawings in 3D CAD to ensure seamless integration of the finished skid on-site.
System Design Components
System designs can comprise numerous elements as defined in the specification or application requirements. These usually include:
- Filtration
- Pumping
- Flow and Pressure Regulation
- Temperature Control
The final configuration typically includes a smart instrumentation package for automatic control, data logging, and integration with an existing Building Management System (BMS). It is becoming standard to provide full redundancy to maintain critical system performance at all times.
Fluid Compatibility
Our expertise enables us to customise designs for a whole range of fluids, including:
- Potable Water
- Seawater
- Water Glycol mixtures
- Oils (including Grease)
The designs are suitable for performance in harsh environments, such as marine, offshore, and aggressive industrial applications. We are also accustomed to meeting the high-level specifications required for military systems.
In-House Manufacturing and Quality Assurance
All the skids are manufactured in-house in an ISO 9001:2015 quality-controlled environment by fully coded welders. We have the capability to provide systems using a wide range of materials, including:
- Carbon Steel
- Copper Nickel
- Duplex Stainless Steels
All systems are fully tested before despatch, and we can accommodate third-party inspections at any stage of the manufacturing process.

Filtration Techniques
Skids can utilise various filtration techniques. This may include the Hellan online cleanable strainer, a strainer from our range of standard fabricated products, or any number of alternative technologies, to provide the required cleanliness level. Packages can be fully self-cleaning or manual with options for full process flow, or side-stream filtration for fluid laundering.
