Simple Design with Effective Lubrication
By using different springs, users can estimate the time it will take for the unit to empty. While the on-demand technology makes it impossible to predict the exact date, the clear reservoirs allow for easy visual assessment of the lubricant level at any time.
On-Demand Discharge and Venturi Action
Once the reservoir is filled and the unit is connected to a bearing, the single-point lubricator uses Venturi action to discharge lubricant only when the bearing is in motion. This eliminates over-lubrication, which is beneficial for manufacturers with planned machine downtime. The system generates only 1-5 psi, preventing damage to bearing seals. Lubricant discharge occurs immediately when a vacuum is created from the bearing.
Refillable and Environmentally Friendly
Environmentally-minded manufacturers will appreciate the refillable feature of these lubricators. The unit can remain mounted on a bearing, with just a small amount of grease needed to top off the reservoir. Additionally, any grease used in other plant applications can be utilised in these units.
