At the core of the system, our SureFire lubricator delivers a wide assortment of spindle lubricants to the processing equipment. Our long-proven air-oil mixing valves blend precise amounts of air and oil – thanks in part to special oil injectors designed specifically for spindle oil applications.
Advanced Filtration and Electronics
Filtration, air-oil regulation, plus the right combination of state-of-the-art electronics, round out the package. Electronic oil streak sensing units are also available as an option for those who need to monitor the minutest details.
High-Efficiency Lubrication and Cooling
Air-Oil lubricating systems deliver high-efficiency lubrication and cooling for high-speed spindles and other surfaces requiring accurate oil delivery. This system eliminates residual drift and the dangerous “oil fog” and “oil mist” during operation.
Precision Oil Delivery
The system utilises a specially designed positive displacement injector with oil outputs to a close tolerance level down to 0.01 cc/cycle. This permits exact oil volumes to be discharged into an air mixing valve for controlled air and oil flows through clear plastic tubing to critical bearing points.
